AMENDMENT OF TERMS

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

www.divineallure.com.au is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS

We offer a free delivery service for all floral orders $250 or over. Orders for delivery are required a 48 hours notice and full payment must be received. Delivery time usually anytime after 2pm unless prior arrangements are made. If you have special circumstances please advise us and we will do our best to get your order delivered within the required timeframe. The same terms apply for pick-ups.

Please note should our first attempt to deliver your order fail due to access not being available, no one available to accept order or an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee of $15.00 will apply. You will be contacted before the arrangement is redelivered and given the option to pick the arrangement up from our store in Brunswick East.

If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipient’s behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on. If Divine Allure is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.

 

CHRISTMAS DAY

Divine Allure will be closed for few weeks from 24th December. Please check our site for updated trading hours notice during the Christmas season.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Divine Allure goes to great lengths to source the very best product for our customers. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason for return. A $15.00 administration fee will apply and the balance of your original payment will be credited back to the original source of payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of www.divineallure.com.au.

 

CANCELLATION

Refunds will be offered on orders canceled no less than 24hrs prior to arranged delivery date. Orders canceled with less than 24hrs notice will attract a $20.00 administration fee and the balance of any payment will be treated as a credit note to be used for future purchases. Orders that have already been made and have left our premises cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

YOUR PRIVACY

At www.divineallure.com.au, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to maximise the services that we provide to you. www.divineallure.com.au respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you.

You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information we receive from our customers, is protected by our secure servers. www.divineallure.com.au collects is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

In the event of delivering your order and we have been unable to reach you first, we reserve the right to call the recipient. At all times your details will be kept confidential.

 

FRAUD

Any party or individual who engages in illegal or fraudulent activities through this website will be reported to the appropriate authorities and will be dealt with both Civilly and criminally to the full extent of Australian Law. It is illegal to place an order under a false name using an illegally obtained credit card or a credit card without the consent of the credit card owner. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order or have been involved in fraudulent activity with relation to this website will be prosecuted.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Flower varieties and colours shown in the online shop are subject to availability. There are times due to seasonal variations or climate abnormalities that some flowers are not available, when such situation arise, our staff will substitute these with an equally attractive flower or greater value to maintain the design of the arrangement that has been selected. CURRENCY

All prices displayed on www.divineallure.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

 

GST

Under GST laws our products and services attract a goods and services tax of 10%. All advertised prices include GST.
